RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Because each Slopwear item is produced specifically for the customer’s order, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered.
SIZE AND CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Selecting the wrong color
• Entering an incorrect shipping address
• Normal variations in screen color or print placement
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size larger.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the item and issue
• A photograph of the packing slip or shipping label when available
After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Please do not mail an item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. Contact us as soon as possible if the package remains missing.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to the sender, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be shipped again.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Orders begin processing quickly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it is submitted. Contact us immediately, and we will help when the order has not yet entered production.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.
